How We Operate
If you’re in need of a branded inflatable for an exhibition, a giant inflatable prop for a themed event or a large visual feature to help attract attention at a public activation, hiring inflatables for an event should be simple. We have kept our hiring process simple from the first enquiry through to set-up and collection.
Knowing your event needs
The first thing is to understand how the inflatable will be used and what kind of environment it is going into. Some hire inflatables are used indoors at exhibitions and conferences, others are designed for outdoor use at festivals, promotional events and live activations. We consider factors such as available space, length of event, access requirements and audience size to assist recommend the most suitable inflatable for the event.
Delivery, Setup & Installation
Depending on the inflatable you are hiring we can either provide you with simple self-installation guidance or we can arrange setup support from our team. In the case of larger inflatables such as outdoor displays and event installations, additional anchoring and positioning considerations may be required, particularly in busy public settings or open outdoor spaces. We work with you to coordinate practicalities such as access, positioning and inflation requirements ahead of the event to help ensure setup runs smoothly on the day.

Our hire inflatables are constructed from durable commercial grade materials designed for multiple use at events, exhibitions and promotional campaigns. When renting inflatables for public events and outdoor activations, safety is always the number one concern. Depending on the type of inflatable and location where it’s to be installed, appropriate anchoring systems, ballast and securing methods may be required to help ensure safe operation through the duration of the event.
For outdoor hires we consider the weather, type of surface and footfall of visitors when planning set-up. Our team can help advise on the best practice approach to setup to help ensure the inflatable performs reliably and safely within the event environment.
