This morning in Nottingham we were delighted to launch the Organ Donation Balloon as part of an awareness campaign. After months of planning conditions were ideal in a brief weather window of opportunity to fly the balloon over central Nottingham.

We also provided a support balloon in the form of our Keep Calm and Fly Balloon to be used as a camera platform for aerial shots.

On site were local BBC East Midlands and Nottinghamshire Live among others providing the balloon with superb publicity as part of its launch. Both media platforms making it a top story on their respective websites. As well as TV and Radio mentions we also caused a stir on Social Media platforms while people were commuting through Nottingham during morning rush hour with people commenting on the Balloons in the air.

The balloon will be flown by local pilot Neil Humphries and his team with support from our team on Organ Donation and other high profile events the balloon may be required to attend.
