Organ Donation Hot Air Balloon at the Transplant Games Nottingham

The British Transplant Games are the flagship project of the charity Transplant Sport and have been in existence for over 45 years when the first “Transplant Olympics” took place in Portsmouth in 1978. The Games are a mass participation major sport and cultural event for transplant recipients and their families. With live donors competing throughout the games from the ages of 3 to 80+.

This year the event was held in Nottingham, and with us having previously worked with NHS Organ Donation for a Hot Air Balloon, we were invited along to show off the Balloon and help raise awareness.
